Academic Campus

Room to Learn, Room to Grow
This large-scale campus project in the Tolleson Union High School District brings together eleven state-of-the-art buildings and a full complement of outdoor recreational facilities, including a football field, softball and baseball fields, tennis courts, and dedicated practice areas. Designed to serve 2,400 students, the sixty-nine-acre development was built to meet the latest educational facility standards while leaving room for the district to grow.
The project carried significant infrastructure complexity. One mile of half-street improvements had to be designed alongside the coordination and relocation of SRP irrigation systems and 69kV overhead electric lines, all while keeping the broader campus development on track.
Engineering a Campus From the Ground Up
Our team provided comprehensive civil engineering and survey services across the full scope of the project. That included overseeing sixty-seven acres of on-site improvements addressing grading, drainage, and utilities, the kind of foundational work that doesn’t make the brochure but makes everything else possible.
The result is a campus that combines sustainable infrastructure with efficient layouts, delivering a safe, modern, and adaptable environment that supports the district’s mission today and its ambitions for years to come.
