Building the Infrastructure Behind a Growing Community
Wickenburg Ranch represents the development of a large-scale, master-planned community designed to support long-term residential growth and recreation. Spanning approximately 800 acres, the project brings together housing, open space, and critical infrastructure to create a cohesive environment that supports how people live, move, and gather.
Our team played a central role in guiding the development from early planning through construction, supporting six parcels that include more than 650 residential lots. The work extended beyond individual sites to include the infrastructure that ties the community together, from new roadways and utility systems to recreational amenities.
Coordinating Construction Across a Complex Program
Key improvements included construction of Merv Griffin Way, a new roadway that improves access and connectivity throughout the community, along with a golf course maintenance facility, lake park, and an integrated trail system. Supporting infrastructure upgrades included lift station improvements, well system enhancements, irrigation systems, and a water reclamation facility, all designed to meet the needs of a growing population.
Our team also supported expansion of the wastewater treatment facility, increasing capacity to accommodate future development. Upgrades to the influent lift station, treatment processes, and disinfection systems ensure reliable performance while supporting sustainable water reuse across the community.
Keeping Projects Moving from Planning Through Completion
Serving in a construction management role, our team provided oversight across all phases of the work. This included managing schedules and budgets, supporting bid and procurement processes, coordinating with utility providers, and maintaining on-site presence through field observation and contractor coordination.
By aligning planning, design, and construction, the project moved forward efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency across multiple work streams. The result is a fully supported community with the infrastructure needed to grow, adapt, and serve residents for years to come.
