As Chief Strategy Officer, Ms. Muscarella leads the development and execution of Colliers Engineering & Design’s long-range strategy, guiding priorities across technology, risk, sustainability, and safety. With more than two decades of experience in the A/E industry, she is known for connecting big-picture strategy with practical execution – aligning teams, navigating complexity, and driving meaningful growth.

Jennie began her career as a trial attorney representing national and global clients, including CannonDesign and other leading A/E firms. She later joined CannonDesign in-house, where she served as General Counsel, Chief Contracting Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors.

Since joining Colliers Engineering & Design in 2017 as Director of Organizational Development and General Counsel, Jennie has taken on an evolving leadership role across organizational development, human resources, legal, and risk. Bringing a unique, cross-functional perspective to how the firm grows and operates, she was named Chief Human Resources and Legal Officer in 2020, promoted to Chief Risk Officer in 2022, and appointed Chief Strategy Officer in 2024. She has been a member of the firm’s Executive Committee since 2022.

While her foundation is in law, Jennie’s work today is firmly focused on shaping what’s next, bringing a people-centered approach to strategy. She is also an active industry participant having been a member of the AIA Large Firm Roundtable and a speaker for AIA and ACEC on various topics.
