Bloomfield Avenue Traffic Signal & Safety
Our firm was selected by Essex County to design safety and signal improvements along the Bloomfield Avenue (C.R. 506) corridor in downtown Montclair, NJ, funded through the NJTPA’s Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP).
