The Terrace Dining Room, AU’s largest dining facility, had served the campus for years but the student experience had evolved beyond what the space could offer. The feedback was clear. They wanted variety, energy, and a space that felt more like a fast-casual restaurant district than a traditional cafeteria.
Our team delivered on that vision. The redesigned TDR features a collection of independent dining concepts offering diverse food options that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences. Flexible seating arrangements accommodate everything from solo study sessions to group meals, and the overall environment is designed to encourage gathering, socializing, and lingering in a space that feels vibrant without feeling rushed.
