Warehouse – Distribution/Logistics Facility

Built for Logistics, Designed for the Land
The Kuser Warehouse in Hamilton, New Jersey is a 339,500 square-foot facility built to meet the demands of modern logistics along the high-demand I-95 corridor. The project includes parking and loading areas with 213 car parking spaces and 66 trailer parking spaces, a sanitary sewer pump station, and stormwater management basins positioned at the rear of the lot.
From the outset, the design prioritized coexistence with the surrounding environment. The site was carefully planned to preserve natural wooded areas and maintain a buffer from Interstate I-95, minimizing the visual and environmental impact of a large-scale industrial facility on the neighboring landscape.
Smart Infrastructure Below the Surface
Stormwater management was a central focus of the project’s engineering approach. The BMPs on site include two wet ponds, porous concrete, and disconnected impervious surfaces, all working together to manage runoff responsibly and reduce the development’s footprint on local water systems.
Our firm provided professional engineering services including design and construction, delivering a facility that meets the demands of modern distribution while demonstrating that large-scale industrial development and environmental sensitivity don’t have to be at odds.
